摘要
现有的剩余曲线法在处理板式精馏塔综合时具有诸多不便。文中提出了塔板差分方程(SDE),可以更好地解决板式塔综合问题。对SDE中的参数进行了分析,讨论了它们与组成和回流比的关系。通过增加反应平衡式,给出了SDE在反应精馏情况下的具体形式。应用结果表明,该方程在确定操作区时具有简便、实用的特点,能够更加方便地给出精馏塔的综合优化值。
The currently adopted residue curve method is inconvenient for dealing with the synthesis of plate distillation column. A new equation, stage difference equation (SDE), was proposed. Its parameters were analyzed and the relationship with composition and reflux ratio was discussed. By using reaction equilibrium equation the corresponding equation of SDE in the reactive distillation scene, reactive stage difference equation ( RSDE ), was brought forward. The application result shows that these equations are practical, and can facilitate the determination of operating area and produce the optimal synthesis plan more conveniently.
