摘要
通过使用不同溶剂,研究了紫丹参中脂溶性成分的提取方法,并通过紫外光谱对其进行了表征。结果表明:以95%乙醇和丙酮混和溶剂(1∶1,V/V)为提取溶剂,加热回流提取2.5h,是从紫丹参中提取脂溶性成分的最佳技术工艺。
Tne method of extracting hydrophobic components from purple salvia militiorrizae through using different solvents was carried out. Then the properties of hydrophobic components were described by UV. The results indicated that the suitable effects of extraction was mixed soak with acetone：ethanol = 1 ： 1 ,and the best withdrawal time was 2.5h.
