有机无机杂化纳米线的制备

Preparation of Organic-inorganic Hybrid Nanowires

摘要 通过水热法合成了一种有机无机杂化纳米线,并通过TEM、TFE热场环扫电子显微电镜研究该纳米线的形态,纳米线的结构分析表明,纳米线是锌离子与对羟基苯甲酸和乙酸根配合,形成的一种杂化结构的聚合物纳米线。 The organic-inorganic hybrid nanowires based on p-hydroxybenzoic acid were synthesized in terms of hydrothermal method. SEM and TEM were used to characterize the morphology of nanowires. Thermal stability and decomposition process were inves ic hybrid nanowires based on the tigated by TG/FFIR. Results indicates that nano-wire is a kind of organic-inorgancomplex reaction of Zn^2+ , p-hydroxybenzoic acid and zinc acetate.
