摘要
运用多层次行为问卷实证检验了组织创新性的多水平结构关系模型。研究指出,组织创新输入要素和创新过程要素均对组织输出要素具有显著的正效应,组织创新输入要素还对组织创新过程要素具有一定程度的显著正效应。
The paper validates the multilevel structure model of The result of research revealed that the input of innovation and organizational innovation via behavioral questionnaires. the process of innovation have a prominent positive effect with the output of innovation. The input of innovation has a little positive effect with the process of innovation in innovative firm
