哲学与管理科学历史悠久,而管理哲学却是一门新兴的交叉学科。对管理哲学概念进行了科学界定,理清了管理哲学、管理科学、哲学的伴生关系。构建具有前瞻性的管理哲学学科体系结构,提出符合我国实际情况的发展对策,这对于弥补哲学、管理科学、管理哲学本身知识体系的缺失与薄弱环节,探索新的学科生长点、生长极,乃至推进并完善整个管理哲学学科向纵深发展都将大有裨益。

Philosophy and Management Science have a long history. But management philosophy is an emerging interdisciplinary subject. The article sets the scientific definition of management philosophy and gets a clearer picture of the associated relations among management philosophy, management science and philosophy. It constructs the forwardlooking disciplinary architecture of management philosophy and puts forward the countermeasures which are suitable to our country＇s situation. It will contribute significantly to making up for the loss and weakness in the knowledge system among philosophy, management philosophy and management science, exploring the new growing points and growing poles of subject and even promoting a depth development of management philosophy.
