摘要
本文介绍的直流伺服控制系统以80C196KC单片机为核心构成控制单元,具有位置反馈、速度反馈、电流反馈三闭环结构,通过电流反馈及模糊PID算法处理偏差数据,以较低的成本实现直流伺服电机连续控制。应用80C196KC内置功能使伺服控制器的响应速度、稳定性和可操作性显著提高,并且电机动态工作参数可控制,易于调整。有效地减小电机起动时的电流冲击,使控制精度显著提高。
This text introduced the DC servo control system that regard 80C196KC single-chip computer as core commit the control module. Having three close ring structures of the position feedbacks, the speed feedbacks and the electric current feedbacks. Through the electric current feedback with FUZZY-PID algorithm punish deviation datum, realizing the DC servo motor continuous control with lower cost. Employ 80C196KC built-in function to make the response speed, stability and effectiveness of the servo controller improve notably. And the working parameter of flexible attitude of motor can be controlled, easy to adjust. Then the motor start with smooth, run steadily, and the assault of the electric current reduced effectively when the motor be started, meanwhile the control precision improve obviously, etc.
