吗啉基螺噁嗪化合物的合成和光致变色性

摘要 以苯肼、3-甲基-2-丁酮、1-亚硝基-2-萘酚和吗啉为主要原料合成了一种新型螺噁嗪化合物N-乙基-3,3-二甲基-6’吗啉基螺吲哚啉-2,3’-[3H]萘并[2,1-b][1,4]噁嗪(简称N-乙基-6’吗啉螺噁嗪).运用红外光谱、核磁共振氢谱、元素分析表征确认其结构,并对其在不同极性的有机溶剂中的光致变色性能进行了初步探讨.实验结果表明,N-乙基-6’吗啉螺噁嗪随着溶剂极性的增强有色体吸收波长发生红移. A novel spirooxazine compound N-ethyl-3,3-dimethyl-6′-morpholine-spiro - 2,3 ′- [ 3 H ] - naphtho [ 2,1 -b] [ 1,4] oxazine was synthesized with phenylhydrazine, 3-methyl-2-butanone, 1-nitroso-2naphthol and morpholine as main raw materials. Its chemical structure was characterized by HNMR, IR and element analysis. And its photochromic properties in various organic solvents were discussed. The results indicated that the absorption wavelength of colored system was red shifted with the increase of solvent polarity.
