摘要
用微波辅助提取蓖麻不同部位的蓖麻碱,采用紫外分光光度法定量,以蓖麻碱的得率作为评价指标,通过正交实验,确定最优的提取条件为微波功率630 W、料液质量比1∶20、提取时间15 min。得到蓖麻不同部位蓖麻碱的含量分别为叶茎0.237%、嫩叶2.362%、绿叶3.285%、籽壳1.220%和种子0.043%,以上部位中蓖麻碱在绿叶中含量最多,在蓖麻种子中含量最少。
The method of microwave extracting the ricinine in different parts of Ricinus communis L. was developed. By using the spectrophotometry as quantitative analysis, the yield of the ricinine as appraisal target and the orthogonal experiment, the best extraction conditions were as follows: microwave irradiation power was 630 W, the ratio of solid to liquid was 1:20 and the extraction period lasted for 15 min. The content of ricinine in different parts of Ricinus communis L. was 0.237% in stem, 2.362% in tender leaves, 3.285% in green leaves, 1.220% in shell and 0.043% in seeds, respectively. The content of ricinine in the green leaves was the most and in castor seeds was the least.
