摘要
灭草松是一种触杀型具选择性的苗后除草剂,对环境和人类的饮用水安全造成很大的危害。建立了固相萃取(SPE)-超高效液相色谱/串联质谱法(UPLC/MS/MS)检测水中灭草松的方法。方法对灭草松的检出限为0.2 ng/L,平均回收率为80.1%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为5.2%,线性范围为0.1-10 μg/L。应用该法分析了部分城市地表水,取得满意结果,具有一定的实用性。
A method for analysis of bentazone in water was developed using solid phase extraction and ultra-high performance liquid chromatography-electrospray tandem mass spectrometry. The linear relationship between peak area and concentration of bentazon holds was found in the range of 0.1-10 ug/L. Detection limit of the method was 0.2 ng/L. The relative standard deviation (n=6) was 5.2%. The average recovery of bentazone was around 80.1%. The optimized method was successfully applied to the analysis of surface water.
