唐氏综合征产前筛查健康教育材料评价研究

The evaluation of health education materials on Down's syndrome prenatal serum screening

目的:评价唐氏综合征产前血清学筛查健康教育传播材料制作效果,为进一步修正和完善材料制作提供科学依据。方法:采用自填式问卷调查法,对287名孕20周以下的怀孕妇女进行唐氏综合征产前血清学筛查健康教育材料制作效果公众满意度调查,并采用定量分析法对调查结果进行分析。结果:共获取有效问卷252份。材料满意情况调查显示,90%以上的人对材料的版面效果、图片效果及信息效果各项均满意;仅83.7%的人认为文字大小合适,14.7%的人认为文字偏小;对内容理解程度影响因素的分析,显示大专及以上学历的人群在理解程度上显著高于高中及以下学历的人群(χ2=3.97,P<0.05)。结论:唐氏综合征产前血清学筛查健康教育传播材料在美术效果和信息效果两方面有较高的满意度;但材料内容在通俗性方面以及文字大小方面还需进一步改进。

Objective： To evaluate the manufacture effect of health education sheets on Down＇s syndrome prenatal serum screening, in order to provide scientific basis for further amending and improving the materialsMethods： The method of close questionnaires was adopted to collect and analyze the public satisfaction about the manufacture effect of health education materials on Down＇s syndrome prenatal serum screening from 287 pregnant women with gestations weeks under 20 weeks, and quantitative analysis was used to analyze data. Results： A total of 252 effective questionnaires were obtained. The study on public satisfaction showed that more than 90 percent of pregnant women were satisfied with material layout effect, pictures effect and information effect. 83.7 percent of pregnant women were satisfied with the font size, but 14. 7 percent of pregnant women believed that the font size was a little smaller. The study showed the information understanding in junior college and higher education groups were significant higher than that in the high school or below groups （χ^2 = 3.97, P 〈 0.05 ） Conclusion： The art effect and information effect of health education materials on Downs syndrome prenatal serum screening have obtained higher satisfaction; but the popularity, simplicity and the font size need to be further improved.
