摘要
经室内试验结果表明:丁醚脲对朱砂叶螨、小菜蛾、黏虫、蚕豆蚜、白粉虱等靶标均有一定的活性;丁醚脲对不同虫龄黏虫的活性表现为随虫龄的增加活性降低;丁醚脲具有一定的杀卵活性,对黏虫和柑桔全爪螨的杀卵活性均较高;丁醚脲具有触杀和胃毒两种作用方式;丁醚脲表现为正温度系数特性;丁醚脲对抗氧乐果、抗顺式氯氰菊酯蚕豆蚜的活性与敏感品系蚕豆蚜基本一致;丁醚脲温室条件下对柑桔、甘蓝、玉米、菜豆、大豆、水稻、小麦、青椒等安全,但对棉花、番茄、花生、黄瓜等作物较敏感,容易产生药害。
The bioactivities of diafenthiuron against Tetranychus cinnabarinus, Plutella xylostella, Pseudaletia separate, Aphis laburni, Trialeurodes vaporariorum were tested in lab. The activities of diafenthiuron were different against individuals larval of army worm. The activities were higher with younger instar larva. There were two actions mechanism with stomach poisoning and touch poisoning. The test indicated that the toxicity of diafenthiuron to the eggs of Pseudaletia separate and Panonychus citri was susceptible. The temperature influenced the bioactivities that the more virulence with the hotter temperature. The activities were identical in diafenthiuron against resistant aphids and sensitive aphids. Diafenthiuron was safe on the crop such as orange, cabbage, corn, bean, soybean, rice, wheat and green pepper, but diafenthiuron was unsafe on the cotton, tomato, peanut and cucumber.
