0～7岁儿童社区保健服务利用状况和选择意愿

Study on utilization and choice tendency of child healthcare service on age 0～7 years old

目的:了解儿童保健服务现状,建立社区儿童卫生服务保健模式。方法:选取我国东(杭州)、中(武汉)、西(成都)三城市的552名0～7岁儿童,由家长填写定量问卷调查表,调查表包括儿童基本情况、保健服务项目利用情况和对开展保健服务机构的选择意愿,运用SPSS12.0软件进行数据分析。结果:社区卫生服务机构医务人员技术水平是影响儿童利用保健服务的重要因素,本地儿童的保健服务项目的利用率明显高于外来儿童(P<0.05)。在选择社区卫生服务机构开展的服务项目上无显著性差异,大多数儿童家长认为除儿童疾病防治外,其它保健项目可以主要由社区卫生服务机构承担。结论:政府应明确社区儿童保健服务项目分工,进一步提高医务人员的技术水平,给予外来儿童更多的倾斜政策,把外来人口的儿童保健纳入暂住地政府管理。

Objective： To understand current situation of child healthcare service, and to explore child healthcare service model. Methods： 552 children with age 0 -7 years old were selected from three representative cities including Hangzhou for eastern, Wuhan for middle, Chengdu for western. The quantitative forms which contained the basic health information, healthcare service utilization and the choice about healthcare service organization were completed by their guardians. The data were calculated with SPSS12. 0. Results： The staff technical level was a chief factor to affect child utilizing healthcare service. The healthcare service utilization rate of local children was higher than that of external children （P 〈 0. 05 ） . The choice tendency to healthcare service organization was not significant different among the different character of children. Majority children parents approved that community health service centers were able to undertake other health projects except disease control and prevention. Conclusion： The national government should divide the children healthcare service items into community health service centers, improve the technical level of medical staff and make more favorable healthcare service policy for external children. The local government is responsible for external children to provide healthcare service.
