摘要
重点介绍了中国科学院科技成果信息服务平台从数据获取、数据加工、数据发布到数据交换以及数据管理的系统设计流程,简要介绍平台的功能实现,最后对其总结。
This paper mainly introduces the system design from data collection, data processing, data issuance to data exchange and data management of the information service platform on science and technology achievements of CAS. Then it simply discusses ftmetion implementation of the platform and the conclusion is put forward in the end.
