摘要
由于前几年煤炭行业的不景气,在人才引进和培养方面也遇到了新的困难,当前出现了前所未有的人才断档和断层。1998年国家专业调整,将煤炭院校的矿山测量专业变成了测绘工程,同时学生就业也变成了市场化。要保证煤炭工业的健康发展,必须建立一支高素质和适应煤炭工业发展要求的科技人才队伍。从企业、学校和学生三个方面分析了矿山测量专业人才的现状,提出了煤炭企业矿山测量人才队伍建设的对策,包括国家、煤炭企业、学校和学生四个方面。
Due to depressing state in coal industry several years ago,importation and cultivation of professionals encountered new difficulties,and thus unprecedented atmosphere of talent fault occurs currently. In 1998 the specialty was adjusted by the state,that is to say,the specialty of mine surveying is changed to be the specialty of surveying and mapping engineering in all coal colleges,and employment of students also became marketized simultaneously. In order to guarantee healthy development of coal industry,it is imperative to establish a high-quality scientific and technical talent team that could meet development requirement of the coal industry. In the paper,status-quo of professional talents majored in mine surveying is analyzed from three aspects of enterprises,colleges and students,and corresponding countermeasures of team construction in this respect are also suggested,including such four aspects as state,coal enterprises,colleges and students.
