企业社会责任理论与实践是公司治理模式的理论基础与实践指导,它代表了国际上方兴未艾的发展趋势。在结合我国现实的具体制度环境与未来世界发展的普遍趋势的基础上,提出我国应建立由公司三类利益相关者共同参与系统性的公司治理结构。

The theory ＆ practice of corporate social responsibility in the developed countries are the fundamental factors influencing China＇s establishing corporate governance model. Accordingly this paper provides that the corporate governance model of China should be an all-round and multiple-level system operated by three kinds of stakeholders with the aim to improve our county＇s national competition ability in the world.
