本文讨论分析了有关煤炭储量管理的现行规程、教材、手册及煤炭设计、生产矿山等部门关于可采储量及永久煤柱摊销概念与计算公式方面存在的问题，提出了修改意见及改进公式，研究了储量发生增减时摊销方法、简便公式、性质及适用条件。

The paper discusses some problems existed in the current rules, teaching materials and manuals on the coal reserve management and recoverable reserves, permanent coal pit prop marketing sharing concept and calculating formulas in coal design, production mines, etc. In addition, it puts forth suggestions for modification and formulas for improvement, studies the marketing sharing ways, simple formulas, natures and applicable conditions when their reserves increase and decrease.
