摘要
国家游泳中心整个结构外形为立方体,外围钢结构墙体及屋盖被ETFE膜结构覆盖,共有3216个气枕组成,覆盖面积达到10万m2,是世界上规模最大的膜结构工程。施工中通过采用耐久性100年的混凝土技术、预应力大梁大体积混凝土施工技术、新型多面体空间刚架结构施工技术技术、屋盖及墙体ETFE膜气枕结构系统综合技术等创新技术,提高了工效,经济、环保效益良好,多项技术填补了国内空白,达到了国际先进水平。本工程荣获2006年度北京市结构工程"长城杯"金奖,并完成两项国际级工法。
National Aquatics Center presents a cubic appearance and its peripheral steel wall and roof are covered with ETFE membrane which is composed of 3216 air envelopes with total coverage area of 100 000 m^2, the biggest membrane works in the world. The application of such technologies as concrete of 100 years service period, prestress massive beam concrete, rigid spacial frame structure, and ETFE membrane air envelope for roof and wall, has improved the construction efficiency, and achieved good economical and environmental effects. Some technologies, being the first time to apply in China, have reached international advanced level. It was awarded 2006 "Great Wall Cup" of Beijing Municipal Structure Engineering and 2 construction methods of international level were established in the project.
