老山自行车馆工程施工新技术综述 被引量:1

摘要 老山自行车馆主赛馆采用了"贝姆"系统金属屋面,屋盖采用大跨度双层焊接球球面钢网壳结构,由24组摇摆人字形钢管柱支撑,总重量约2000t,是目前国内跨度最大的焊接球钢结构屋盖。施工中通过采用有粘结预应力与无粘结预应力成套技术、大跨度钢网壳外扩拼装与拔杆接力整体提升安装技术、大直径巨型环梁系统高空原位散拼安装技术、木质赛道安装技术等,并应用亚麻地板和水泥透水砖等环保材料,取得了很好的社会效益和经济效益。本工程已获得北京市结构"长城杯"金奖和中国建筑钢结构金奖。 Bemo metal roof system is adopted in Laoshan Velodrome Project. Its roof is a large-spanned doublelayer welded spherical grid shell steel structure supported by 24 groups of Y-steel pipe columns, weighing 2000t totally, the largest-spanned welded spherical steel roof in China at present. The application of bonding and nonbonding prestress technology, assembly and lifting installation of large spanned steel grid shell, assembly and installation of huge ring beam at high altitude, installation of wooden circuit and the use of such environment-friendly materials as flax floor and pervious cement blocks have achieved good social and economical benefits. The project has been awarded the golden prizes of Beijing Municipal Structure "Great Wall Cup" and of China Achitecture Steel Structure.
