地矿部包点解困单位赴浙鲁学习考察情况的报告

REPORT ON CIRCUMSTANCES THAT THE UNITS IN MINISTRY OF GEOLOGY AND MINERAL RESOURCES(MGMR) WHICH HELP SOME AREAS TO OVERCOME POVERTY GO TO THE ZHE LU FOR STUDY AND INVFSTIGATION

地矿部解困单位赴浙鲁学习考察，学习考察组全体团员一致认为：此行学习考察达到了“解放思想、转变观念、找出差距、理清思路”之目的。文章为学习考察报告，共分五个部分：①浙江省地勘单位产业经济和地方经济发展与改革的情况综述；②浙江省地勘单位和地方企业经济高速发展的原因分析；③包点解困单位存在的差距；④理清思路，加快解困和经济发展；⑤考察组的三份考察报告作为附件刊发于后。

The Units in MGMR which help some areas to overcome poverty went to Zhe Lu areas for study and investigation. All member of this delegation considered that it achieved the Goal of emancipating the mind, changing the modes of thought, finding out the gap, clearing the train of thought. The paper is a report on study and investigation, it has five parts in all: ①Summarization on reform and development of industrial economy and local economy of geological prospecting units in Zhe Jiang province; ②Analysis on reason for high speed development of economy in geological prospecting units and local enterprise in Zhe Jiang province; ③The gaps existed in the units which help some areas overcome poverty; ④Clear the train of thought, speed up to overcome poverty and economic development; ⑤Three reports on investigation delegation are published behind as appendix.
