摘要
通过对教育博士专业学位的发展历史以及对美英等国教育博士呈现特性的分析,认为在我国高校设立教育博士专业学位有利于进一步完善我国的教师教育专业学位制度,实现高等学校教师专业化,有利于高等学校师资队伍和管理队伍建设。
Through the analysis of the development of professional doctor degree of education and characteristics of Ed. D in Britain and the United States, the author holds that it is necessary to establish doctor degree of education. It will improve the degree system of education in our country,realize the specialization of university teachers and help the construction of teaching qualification and administration.
