营养性肥胖大鼠TNF-α、leptin水平和胰岛素敏感指标的研究

Study on Levels of TNF-α,Leptin and Insulin Sensitivity Index in Obese Rats

目的:探讨饮食诱导肥胖(DIO)大鼠血清肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、瘦素(leptin)和胰岛素敏感指标的变化及意义。方法:采用放免法检测大鼠血清TNF-α和leptin水平。结果:实验3周末,DIO大鼠leptin水平高于对照组(P<0.05);实验12周末,DIO大鼠TNF-α和leptin水平均显著高于对照组和DIO-R大鼠(P<0.01);DIO大鼠血清TNF-α,leptin水平均和胰岛素敏感指数(ISI)呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论:TNF-α,leptin可能在肥胖相关的胰岛素抵抗(IR)发生中起协同作用。

Objective：To study the levels of serum tumor necrosis factor -α（TNF-α）,leptin and insulin sensitivity index （ISI） in diet induced obesity （DIO） rats. Methods：The levels of serum TNF-α and leptin were measured by radioimmunoassay. Results ：In the third week ,the level of serum leptin of DIO rats was higher than that of the control rats （P〈0.05） ;In the twelfth week ,the concentrations of serum TNF-α and leptin were significantly higher in DIO rats than those in control and DIO-R rats （P〈0.01）;ISI was in negative correlation with the levels of serum TNF-α and leptin in DIO rats （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：TNF-α may be in cooperation with leptin m insulin resistance, IR） related to obesity.
