蟑螂毒饵适口性评价方法的探讨

Evaluation of bait palatability test of Blattella germanica in laboratory

目的探讨蟑螂毒饵适口性评价方法,为蟑螂毒饵适口性测试提供参考。方法分别按国家标准实验室蟑螂毒饵适口性测定方法和实验室蟑螂毒饵适口性湿度校正测定法对德国小蠊进行同一种毒饵的适口性测试,测试试验前后毒饵重量变化。结果按国家标准规定的方法试验后,某些蟑螂毒饵的重量在试验后重量反而增加,显然不能评价毒饵的适口性。改进实验方法,通过湿度系数校正,能计算出毒饵的实际减少量,对毒饵的相对适口性做出评价。结论实验室蟑螂毒饵适口性校正法测定出的结果相对比较科学。

Objective To evaluate the palatability of Blattella germanica bait scientifically. Methods Feeding BlatteUa germanica with the same bait by national standards methods （NSM） and humidity emendated method （HEM）, comparing the weight of bait before and after the test. Results By NSM test, some bait was more weighter after the test apparently, NSM can＇t be used for evaluating the palatability of BlatteUa germanica bait. By HEM test, the bait weight decreased before and after the test was calculated, and evaluated the palatability of Blattella germanica to bait scientifically. Conclusion The HEM is scientific to test the palatability of cockroaches to bait.
