家蝇对菊酯类杀虫剂抗性的分子生物学监测 被引量:4

摘要 目的用分子生物学方法测定甘肃省部分地区家蝇对菊酯类杀虫剂的抗药性。方法用引物P1、P2、P3对采自甘肃省6个地区(部队营区)的家蝇的钠离子通道基因进行扩增。结果4个地区的家蝇对菊酯类杀虫剂产生了抗性,其他2个地区的家蝇对菊酯类杀虫剂仍然敏感。结论PCR可用于家蝇抗药性的快速检测。 Objective To monitor the phyrethoid-resistance of house flies from 6 areas of Gansu province by mo- lecular biological method. Methods Sodium channel genes of house flies from 6 areas of Gansu province ( military districts) were amplified with 3 primers (P1,P2, P3). Results The house flies from 4 areas of Gansu province had developed resistance to phyrethoid,the house flies from other two areas of Gansu province were still sensitive to phyre-thoid. Conclusion PCR method can be applied to detect the phyrethoid-resistance of house flies quickly.
