摘要
为满足渤海油田"适度出砂"技术的应用,确定合理生产参数,推导了泡沫油流条件下井筒压力梯度数学模型;结合考虑管壁效应的颗粒群干扰沉降速度公式,建立了全井筒临界携砂流速计算模型.实例计算表明:泡沫油流的出现增强了井筒携砂能力,但越靠近井底泡沫油流携砂能力越弱,井筒末段最容易发生沉砂.
To meet the application of reasonable sanding technology in Bohai oilfield and then determine reasonable production parameters, the paper deduces the mathematical model for pressure gradient in well-pore with foam oil flow and establishes the calculation model for critical sand transportation velocity based on the settling velocity formula considering tube wall effect for grain groups. The study indicates that the foam oil flow improves greatly the sand transportation capability, but the nearer it is to the well-bore, the weaker the sand transportation capability is, and the disposition of sand is more likely to happen at the end of well-bore.
