摘要
以顺丁烯二酸酐和丙三醇为原料合成一种端基带有1个羧基、2个羟基的AB2型单体,再以季戊四醇为"核分子",当季戊四醇与顺丁烯二酸酐和丙三醇的混合单体物质的量比为1∶100和1∶150时,得到室温下具有良好水溶性的超支化聚酯.红外光谱证明产物具有预期的结构,产物分子的黏度与浓度的关系服从Einstein黏度方程,具有紧凑的球形分子结构,显示出低黏度的特点.
AB2 monomer which contains a single carboxylic group and two hydroxylic groups was synthesized by maleic anhydride and glycerol, when the molar ratio of pentaerythritol to mixed monomer of maleic anhydride and glycerol was 1∶100 and 1∶150, water-soluble hyperbranched polyesters were produced. The structure of the products was characterized by IR. The results testified that the relationship between viscosity and concentration of the hyperbranched polyesters which compacted in spheroid form meets Einstein viscosity equation, and the products showed low viscosity and preferable solubility.
