摘要
采用相关分析方法,对高校师资队伍数量、结构与高校实力的相关关系进行实证分析,得到院士数、长江学者数、博士生导师数与学校名次对应关系,以及院士、长江学者、博导总数与国家级重点学科、博士点、自然科学基金项目数、科研经费数对应关系.结果表明:大学的实力与教师的数量,特别是和院士、长江学者、博士生导师的数量呈正相关.
The paper analyzes empirically the correlativity between the size and structure of the teaching staff and the strength of higher institutions. Correlativity has been arrived at between the number of academicians, Yangtse scholars and doctorial tutors and the ranking of higher institutions. Results show that the actual strength of a higher institution is in right proportion to the size of the teaching staff, especially the number of academicians, Yangtse scholars and doctorial tutors.
