积极推动我国混合动力汽车的开发

To Promote the Development of HEV in China

文章介绍了发达国家在促进混合动力汽车发展方面的准入要求及鼓励政策,特别介绍了加州的零排放法规体系对混合动力汽车发展起到很大的推动作用。我国汽车行业的宏观政策是积极支持混合动力汽车发展,但缺乏具体的实施方案,应尽早出台相关政策以促进我国混合动力汽车国内市场的开发。文章还着重介绍了联合汽车电子有限公司在促进混合动力技术开发方面的努力,目前已初步建立了本地化开发能力,正与多家国内主要企业进行合作开发。

The article introduces the requirements and related incentive policies on HEV development in developed countries, especially the effect of ZEV mandatory legislation in California. The development of HEV is supported by automotive industrial policy in China, but detailed implemental project is absent. Correlative policy should be promoted to improve the development of HEV in China. The effort to improve the technology development of HEV in UAES is also introduced. The capability of domestic development is established, and cooperative development is carried out.
