摘要
介绍了油墨用不黄变PU胶原料的选择,探索出了最佳合成工艺;采用不结晶性相对分子质量为1500的聚酯二元醇,以带侧基的甲基丙二醇为扩链剂与HDI通过一步法反应,R值取0.99~1.00;反应温度90~105℃,反应时间为6~10min;后熟化温度为120~140℃,时间为6—10h。合成出不黄变Pu胶具有优良的透明性、溶解性、稳定性,对PET等材质有优良的粘接性能及抗回粘性。
The choice of raw materials of non-yellowing polyurethane adhesives for ink was introduced and the optimum synthesis process was discoveried. Using non-crystallizable polyester polyol with molecular weight of 1500, methyl propanediol as the chain extender and hexamethylene diisocyanate( HDI), the polyurethane adhesive was prepared by one-step method. During the preparing process, the R value is 0.99 - 1.00, the reaction temperature is 90 - 105 ℃, the time is 6 - 10 minutes and the temperature and the time of post curing are 120 - 140 ℃ and 6 - 10 hours, respectively. The synthesized non-yellowing polyurethane adhesive for ink has fine transparency, solubility, stability, adhensiveness to PET and other materials and good blocking resistance.
