非溶剂选择对测定氯化聚丙烯溶度参数的影响

摘要 溶度参数(SP)是高聚物物性的基本参数之一。浊度滴定法是测定聚合物SP常用的方法。浊度滴定是将高聚物溶于其良溶剂中,用非溶剂滴定至混浊点出现。对于良溶剂的选择,Suh等做了详细地研究,但非溶剂的影响至今未见报道。本文以氯化聚丙烯的SP测定为例进行了研究,认为极性的乙醚不适用于氯化聚丙烯接枝马来酸酐SP变化的使用。对高SP非溶剂得出的结论是,被测定高聚物的SP随着高SP非溶剂SP的增大而增大。如果对非溶剂不加筛选地使用,所得SP还在聚合物SP误差允许范围之内。 The solubility parameters is one of foundational physical property parameter of polymer. Turbidimetric titrations is a usually used determination method for solubility parameters of polymer. The procedure of turbidimetric titrations is that put the polymer in its good solvent and titrate with a nonsolvent until appearance of turbidity . Sub et al. particularly studied the selection of good solvent, but the effect of nonsolvent has not reported UP to now. In this paper, as an example, solubility parameter of chlorinated polypropylene is determined and studied. The result showed that the determined solubility parameter of polymer increased along with the increase of the solubility parameter of nonsolvent,which is higher than the solubility parameter of the good solvent. If the used nonsolvent is not selected,the determined solubility parameter is maintainable in the range of allowable of error of solubility parameter yet.
