摘要 采用熔融混炼的方法制备聚碳酸酯/多壁碳纳米管(MWNTs)复合材料,研究了复合材料的表面电阻率与MWNTs用量的关系,并对材料流动性能、组织结构和形貌进行了分析。结果表明,随着MWNTs用量的增加,复合材料的电阻率呈下降趋势,MWNTs质量分数为1%~2%时为复合材料的导电阈值。在MWNTs质量分数为3%时复合材料的流动性最好;模压试样的内部比表面分布着更多的MWNTs。 PC/MWMTs composite was prepared by means of melt blending. The relationship between surface resistivity and MWNTs content was studied, and the fluidity, microstructure and morphology of the composite was analyzed. The results showed the surface resistivity of the composite decreased with the increase of MWNTs content, and the electrical percolation threshold formed when the mass fraction of MWNTs was 1%- 2%. The fluidity of the composite was the best when the mass fraction of MWNTs was 3 %. There was more MWNTs inside the molded specimen than that on the surface.
