以“健康亭”为平台对女性商业性服务人员开展艾滋病防治综合干预工作

Developing comprehensive HIV/AIDS intervention on female commercial sex workers by the platform of Health Pavilion

[目的]以"健康亭"为工作平台,对女性商业性服务人员进行防治艾滋病行为干预,探讨"健康亭"在女性商业性服务人员行为干预中的作用。[方法]建立"健康亭",为从事商业性服务的人员提供免费服务(打牌、化妆、喝茶、学电脑、看电视),为她们提供一个"工作之余"相互交流的场所,同时开展同伴教育、健康咨询、性病诊疗转介、外展、安全套推广等服务。[结果]女性商业性服务人员的艾滋病防治知识知晓率和安全套使用率明显提高,高危行为的发生率明显降低。[结论]以"健康亭"为工作平台,对女性商业性服务人员开展性病/艾滋病综合干预活动,在一定程度上降低了她们感染性病、艾滋病的危险性。

Objective Based on the platform of Health Pavilion, to delivery behavior intervention among female commercial sex workers （FCSWs） and to explore the role of Health Pavilion in behavior intervention. Methods To establish the Health Pavilions to provide the place of free activities, including playing cards, making up, learning computer and watching TV, to provide the exchange platform out of sex business, and to provide peer education, health counseling, referral of STDs treatment and the service of promotion of condom use. Results The awareness rate of HIV knowledge is rising and high risk behavior is reducing. Conclusion Based on the platform of Health Pavilion to develop the HIV/STD intervention among FCSWs will reduce the infection risk on HIV/STDs.
