经皮撬拨复位穿针法治疗跟骨关节内骨折

摘要跟骨骨折是最常见的跗骨骨折，占跗骨骨折的60％，占全身骨折的2％，约75％为关节内骨折。目前治疗方法较多，笔者随访了1999年6月至2005年8月，采用透视下经皮撬拨加手法复位加克氏针经皮内固定法治疗跟骨关节内骨折28例33足，疗效满意。现总结报告如下。
