摘要
针对居住小区规划的重要性,从居住小区的绿化、人性化、交通及智能化等方面进行了探讨,提出了住宅小区可持续发展设计的几个方面,论述了研制新型生态住宅的几个出发点,以完善居住小区规划,促进居住小区的可持续发展。
Aiming at the importance of the planning of living district, it makes discussion from the green, personlity, traffic and intelligent, put forward some aspects that the design of the continuous develop of living district, and discusses the start points of researching the new ecological house, to perfect the planning of living district and accelerate the continuous develop of living district.
