摘要
从中国城镇居民的实际经济状况出发,对我国城镇居民过去若干年的消费状况进行实证研究,并对居民能承受的最高房价收入比进行推算,以期提供不同地区不同时期房价收入比的合理范围与标准。
The paper started with the practical economics of town residents in China, the consumption situation of town residents in China in past years was studied empirically. The highest house price income ratio that the residents can beard was calculated reckoning in order to provide rational scope and standard of house price income ratio during different areas and periods.
