摘要
采用虚拟样机这一全新技术对折剪两用机床进行设计分析,应用动力学仿真软件ADAMS构建折剪两用机床主机虚拟样机模型,并进行了仿真分析,缩短了研发周期,降低了研发成本,提高了设计质量和可靠性。
The design analysis has been done for the bending - shearing machine adopting the virtual prototyping technology, the machine model is established and the simulation has been done for the bending - shearing machine using the ADAMS software. In the result, the development cycle is shortened, and the cost of development is reduced. At the same time, the quality of the design and the reliability are improved.
