大型闸门水封平面铣钻专用机床设计

摘要 分析了大型闸门水封平面铣钻专用机床设计过程中存在的技术难题,提出了"工件不动、平移机床、分段加工"的总体设计方案,提出了"框架闭式导轨结构"这一新的导轨结构形式,制定了集多种现代设计方法于一体的专用机床设计流程。从而解决了大型闸门水封平面铣钻专用机床设计中的主要技术难题。 Problems on design of the milling - drilling special - purpose machine tool for water seal surface of large -scale reservoir gate are analyzed. The total design scheme of workpiece holding still, machine tool moving and stepped machining is brought forward firstly, and a new - style guide way frame of machine tool, which is closed guide way frame is brought forward. A design flow chart of the machine tool, which includes some modern design means, is built. The main problems on design of the machine tool are solved.
