摘要
对基于工业以太网的数控系统的同步性进行了深入分析,指出了轴间同步和主从同步对网络化数控系统的影响,在此基础上提出一种基于以太网技术的数控系统实现方案。提出了电流环同步校正的思想和一种针对数控加工领域的以太网通信协议——EtherCNC。最后,通过实验证实该方案的有效性和可实施性。
This Paper deeply analyses the synchronous performance of network CNC system based on Ethernet. The influence of axis - to - axis synchronous and master - slave synchronous on network CNC system is introduced. A new scheme on network CNC system is proposed. Additionally, an original current - loop synchronize rectify method and the protocol EtherCNC is promoted. The effectiveness of these methods has been confirmed by experimentation.
