摘要
通过对FOCKE350S条盒商标纸拾取轮总成支撑结构原理分析,原双轴单侧总成支撑结构在使用过程中,双轴易弯曲变形,直线轴承易磨损。从力学角度分析了直线轴承磨损较快的根本原因,并对原结构加以改进,将双轴单侧支撑结构改为双轴双侧支撑,改善直线轴承的受力状况,延长其使用寿命,提高了拾取轮总成运动的稳定性,取得了显著效果,在FOCKE包装机中具有一定的推广价值。
By analyzing the unit assemblage supporting fundamental structure of strip & case Label Papers picker - wheel, it is considered that the double - shaft generates flexural deformation and the linear bearings wear easily when the original double - shaft one - sided unit assemblage supporting structure is working. The ultimate cause of the linear bearings faster wearing has been analyzed based on mechanics, and the double - shaft two - sided support was used to replace of the double - shaft one - sided support. Thus, the strained condition of the linear bearings has been improved and increase of its service life, the stability of the motion of the picker - wheel unit assemblage has been increased. The improvement has achieved tangible results and has fairly value in FOCKE350S packing machinery.
