随着我国改革开放形势的发展,我国粮食产销形势也在不断发生变化。在世界粮价和国内食品价格上涨的新形势下,分析了影响我国粮食安全的新问题,并提出了今后应该稳定食用粮面积、确保低价饲用粮和放开进口工业用粮的粮食安全新对策。同时还提出了我国应该走计划调控为主,市场调节为辅和科学存贮粮食等粮食安全新策略,以及确保我国粮食实现可持续发展的具体建议。
