阐述了河北省优质米发展的基础和优势,从水稻种植规模较小、稻米生产成本较高、栽培品种米质不理想、稻米加工工艺相对落后等方面分析了河北省优质米发展存在的问题,提出了河北优质米发展应以选育优质米品种为基础.以产品消费市场为目标.严格控制稻米外观品质等综合改进策略。

In this paper, the foundation and advantage of fine quality rice development in Heibei is elaborated. The problems existing in fine quality rice development in Hebei are discussed, that is, small scale planting area, high produetion cost, poor quality of rice varieties in use, and backward rice processing technique. The countermeasures are selecting fine quality rice varieties, aiming at consuming market, and strictly controlling appearance quality.
