莲房原花青素对高脂血症大鼠血液流变学的影响 被引量:15

摘要 目的观察莲房原花青素对高脂血症模型大鼠血脂和血液流变学的影响。方法Wistar大鼠随机分成4组,喂饲高脂饲料建立高脂血症模型,各组按规定预防给药,4周后测总胆固醇、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白、高密度脂蛋白、全血黏度等血脂和血液流变学各项指标水平。结果莲房原花青素能有效改善血液流变学多项指标,但对血脂水平无显著性影响。结论莲房原花青素能有效改善高脂血症大鼠的血液流变学异常。 Objective To study the effects of Proanthocyanidins from Lotus Seedpod (LSPC) on blood-lipid anti hemorheology in hyperlipidemia model rats. Methods Wistar rats were randomly divided into 4 groups and hyperlipi demia model groups were constructed by feeding with high fat diet. Rats were administrated with preventive drugs for 4 weeks. Total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), low density lipoprotein (LDL-C), high density lipoprotein (HDL-C), whole blood viscosity and hemorheologic parameters were assessed. Results LSPC can effectively improve hemorheology in hyperlipernia rats, but had no significant effect on blood lipid level. Conclusion LSPC has significant effect on hemorheology in hyperlipemia rats.
