四种白癜风治疗方案的药物经济学研究

摘要 目的对四种常用治疗稳定期白癜风的治疗方案进行药物经济学评价。方法72例病人,采取自身对照法,外用糖皮质激素(A组)、免疫抑制剂(B组)、光敏剂(C组)和准分子激光(D组),每天外涂2次,用药时间6个月,A组连续使用3周后停用1周再继续使用,D组每周治疗2次,所有患者均完成共12次1个疗程的治疗。结果A、B、C、D组有效率分别为62.67%、69.44%、79.17%和93.06%,经χ2检验有显著性差异(P=0.000 4),成本-效果分析和敏感度分析均表明C组成本效果比和增量成本效果比最低。结论四组治疗白癜风方案的有效率有显著性差异,C组为较经济的治疗白癜风的方案。 Objective To evaluate four therapeutic schemes on leukodermia in stable phase by pharmacoeconomic method. Methods Seventy-two cases used glucocorticoid cream (group A),immunodepressant (group B) and photosensitizer (group C) externally every 12 hours for a three-month therapeutic course. There is one week as blank interval after each three-week therapeutic course in group A. Group D was treated with excimer laser two times a week for twelve courses. Results Effective rate of group A, B, C and D were 62. 67%, 69. 44 %,79. 17% and 93. 06 % respectively. X^2 test indicated that there was a significant difference(P = 0. 000 4). Cost-effectiveness analysis and sensitivity analysis indicated that scheme C had the lowest cost-effectiveness ratio and the lowest increment cost-effectiveness ratio. It was the best therapeutic scheme. Conclusion There was significant difference among effective rates of the four therapeutic schemes. Scheme C was the most economic therapeutic scheme for leukodermia.
