摘要
在一台6108ZLQB柴油机上研究了机油耗及燃油品质对NOx和PM排放的影响。结果表明:改进缸套珩磨工艺后,机油耗和PM明显降低;降低燃油含硫量能让PM和烟度下降,但降低十六烷值会使NOx有所上升。
The effects of lubricating oil consumption rate and fuel quality to NOx and PM emission were conducted on a 6108ZLQB diesel engine. Result showed that: The lubricating oil consumption rate and PM emission decreased according to the improvement of the Honing Technique of Cylinder Liner. By Reducing fuel sulfur content, PM and smoke came down obviously, while reduce Cetane may cause NOx emission rise.
