摘要 将优化建模软件LINGO10应用于单级圆柱齿轮减速器的优化设计,在对单级圆柱齿轮减速器进行分析的基础上,以体积最小为目标建立结构优化设计的数学模型,并采用LINGO10进行求解。优化结果表明,利用LINGO10求解优化问题,能获得比MATLAB更好的优化结果,算法简单可靠,非常实用。 The problems in the optimal design of single-stage cylindrical gear reducer are investigated with LINGO10 model language. To reduce the volume of gear are the objectives, the single-stage cylindrical gear reducer transmission system was analyzed and the mathematical model was established .In an example, the optimal design is presented with the help of LINGO10 model language. The result manifests that LINGO10 model language is very practical and reliable in the optimum issue ,which can be solved with simple arithmetic programmer and their results are better than with MATLAB software.
