FTA分析法在液压压砖机远程故障诊断专家系统中的应用研究

以YP4800型全自动液压压砖机为例,分析了液压系统的故障模式和推理过程,建立液压系统故障树,将故障树理论和专家系统相结合,建立了基于故障树的液压压砖机的远程故障诊断专家系统。根据割集和最小割集的重要度优先级,用规则和框架相结合对故障树进行推理诊断。

This article take the YP4800 completely automatic hydraulic pressure brick press as an example, the brick＇s machine hydraulic system＇s fault mode and the inference process were analyzed, the hydraulic system fault tree was established, the fault tree theory and the expert system were unified, and the pressure brick press＇s long-distance failure diagnosis expert system based on fault tree＇s hydraulic were established. According to the cut set and the smallest cut set＇s importance priority, unified with the rule and the frame to the fault tree carried on the inference diagnosis.
