摘要
介绍了美国农村医疗卫生的现状,并从卫生的角度分析了造成农村健康状况劣于城市的诸多原因;指出政府部门制定的各项政策措施及立法措施,对于改善农村医疗卫生状况和促进卫生公平具有很强的现实意义。只有具备良好的制度设计和适宜的政策措施,农村医疗卫生服务体制才能得到不断完善。
At first, this article indicates the status quo of rural health in the United States, and analyses the reasons why the rural health status quo is inferior to that of metropolitan. Then it points out those policies and legislation which administration and congress framed have realistic effects on improving rural health system and promoting health equity. Only good system design and appropriate policy can rural health system improve consistently.
