广州市社区卫生服务中心慢性非传染性疾病防治现状分析

Status Analysis of the Prevention and Cure of Non-infections Chronic Diseases of Community Health Services Centers in Guangzhou City

目的了解广州市社区卫生服务中心开展慢性病防治工作状况,探讨存在的问题,为进一步完善慢性病防治工作提供科学建议。方法采用分层随机抽样方法,共选取广州市24家社区卫生服务中心作为样本,采用问卷调查和深入访谈的方式收集资料。结果广州市社区卫生服务中心慢性病患者的建档率低、防治工作进展缓慢。被调查者认为慢性病防治工作进展缓慢的主要原因有经费不足、人员紧张、居民不配合、宣传力度不够以及慢性病防治没有国家法律保障。结论需建立一支稳定的慢性病防治专业队伍、强化政府责任、增加投资力度、加强与社区卫生服务中心及街道办事处的合作、加强对社区卫生服务人员计算机知识及管理信息系统操作知识的培训。

OBJECTIVES To analysis the current situation of the prevention and cure of non-infections chronic diseases of community health services centers in Guangzhou City and explore the existing problems. This study would provide the scientific basis on which some measures could be set to enhance the work. METHOD A representative sample was selected from Guangzhou City, Guangclong, China, by a two-stage random sampling method proportionate to size. Then face-to-face interview with a self-devised questionnaire was conducted. RESULTS The prevention and cure of non-infections chronic diseases of community health services centers in Guangzhou City makes slow progress. The subjects thought that the main reasons are lack of enough financial resources, in sufficiency of working staff etc.. CONCLUSIONS Strengthening government duty and establishing a qualitative and vocational contingent may be improve the prevention and cure of non-infections chronic diseases of community health service centers.
