青海省医学院校学生预防艾滋病健康教育中存在的问题及对策

摘要 目的了解我省医学院校学生在预防艾滋病健康教育中存在的问题及应采取的对策。方法采用分层整群随机抽样方法,对青海大学医学院、青海省卫生职业技术学院1246名在校高年级学生进行问卷调查。结果医学生对艾滋病基本知识有一定程度的了解,基本掌握艾滋病的主要传播途径,有34.5%的学生表示不和艾滋病患者或感染者接触;有28.6%的学生认为自己可能会因职业接触而感染艾滋病;有50.2%的学生对今后在工作岗位上接触到艾滋病病人会感到恐惧害怕。结论医学生对艾滋病的专业知识掌握不全面,建议在医学院校应加强艾滋病专业知识课程建设,并在校园内开展多种形式的预防艾滋病健康教育活动。 OBJECTIVE To understand the problems and solutions of health education about AIDS existing among provincial medical college students. METHOD We adopt the whole group lamination of random sampling, carrying on questionnaire investigation to 1 246 students of Qinghai University Medical College and Health Vocational-Technical School. RESULT Medical students grasped some ele- mentary knowledge of AIDS and knew major routs of AIDS transmission, 34,5% students consider not contacting with AIDS patients or AIDS infected people, 28.6% students think themselves may be infected by AIDS because of the job. There are 50.2% students who fell frightened and afraid to contact with AIDS people at work position in the future, 82.6% students think it necessary to provide health ed- ucation activity about AIDS. CONCLUSION The medical students don't take enough cognition of professional knowledge about AIDS, we suggest taking professional knowledge classes about AIDS in the medical college, and provide many kinds of healthy educational ac- tivities about how to prevent AIDS.
