摘要
目的通过对老年高血压病人膳食调查,为饮食护理干预提供依据。方法对160例高血压病人膳食问卷调查,了解膳食危险因素,采用平衡膳食治疗高血压。结果患者遵医饮食等非药物措施与药物治疗相结合,收缩压下降>20mmHg或舒张压下降>10mmHg达17.5%,收缩压下降>10mmHg或舒张压下降5~10mmHg达32.5%,收缩压下降3~10mmHg或舒张压下降1~5mmHg达28.1%。结论膳食结构不合理是高血压病的重要易患因素之一,饮食治疗亦可配合药物治疗起到良好的降压作用,并能减少药物剂量而降低其副作用。
OBJECTIVE To provide basis for diet nursing intervention through a diet survey among elderly hypertensive patients, METHODS A diet questionnaire was conducted among 160 cases of elderly hypertensive patients to understand diet risk factors and a balanced diet treatment was used for hypertension. RESULTS After the diet treatment according to medical orders and some other non-drug measures combined with drug therapies, systolic blood pressure dropped〉 20 mmHg or diastolic blood pressure fell〉 10 mmHg by 17.5%, systolic blood pressure fell〉 10 mmHg or diastolic blood pressure fell 5-10 mmHg by 32.5%, systolic blood pressure dropped 3-10 mmHg or diastolic blood pressure fell 1-5 mmHg by 28.1%. CONCLUSION Unreasonable diet structure was one of the important risk factors affecting hypertension, The diet treatment combined with drug therapy had good hypotensive effects and lessened drug side effects by reducing drug dosage.
