摘要
高瓦斯矿井的瓦斯抽放是解决矿井瓦斯灾害事故、合理利用资源的行之有效的措施.针对高瓦斯矿井瓦斯抽放系统管理对瓦斯体积分数控制的技术要求,通过对矿井瓦斯抽放过程中瓦斯体积分数不能达到设计要求的原因进行分析,总结出矿井瓦斯抽放系统中瓦斯体积分数普遍偏低引起抽放效率下降的原因,结合成庄矿自身瓦斯地质条件,在封孔材料、联孔工艺、抽放措施等方面提出合理的改进措施和解决方案.
Gas drainage is an effective measure of solving mine gas disasters, and rational using of resources. According to the technical requirements of gas volume fraction control in high gas mine gas drainage systems management control, through the cause analysis of the drainage concentration that the gas can not meet the design requirements, the reasons why gas concentration is generally low efficiency in drainage system, which caused decreased drainage are summarized. Combining the gas geological conditions of Chengzhuang mine, reasonable improvements and solutions in sealing materials, hole process, drainage, etc, are made.
